Real-time attendance from your ZKTeco machine into ERPNext, without USB exports or manual imports.
To connect a ZKTeco machine to ERPNext: register with Cams Biometrics, onboard the device, and point Cams' real-time callback at a small endpoint that writes attendance into ERPNext. ERPNext (Frappe HR) can record an Employee Checkin for each punch. The machine does not need a public IP address.

Register and onboard
Under a minute to sign up. Add the machine serial; it connects out to Cams, so no public IP.

Point Cams at your ERPNext endpoint. Cams sends RealTimePunchLog callbacks with an AuthToken.

Map to attendance
Match UserId to the ERPNext employee's attendance device ID and create an Employee Checkin with log type IN or OUT.

Cams does not ship a one-click ERPNext plugin on this site; the integration is built on the Cams Gateway API (callbacks and REST). See the API documentation or ask sales@camsbiometrics.com about an existing connector for ERPNext.

Does ZKTeco work with ERPNext?▾
Yes, through the Cams Gateway API. Compatible ZKTeco machines push punches to Cams, which forwards them to your ERPNext endpoint.
Do I need a static IP?▾
No. The machine connects outbound to Cams. Only your callback endpoint needs to be reachable over HTTPS.
Which ERPNext doctype is used?▾
Employee Checkin is the natural target: it stores each punch and ERPNext turns checkins into attendance.
